vodacom could not care or deliver
<p>I am expierincing trouble with my emails since 22/11/2016 13h30. I am using the emails in my office and are now out of bussines for two days. After several call to their customer care nobody is able to help. They will now two days later send a request to a technician. He will contact me within 24 hours. They said they will sms me a reference number. After quite a while I still have not received the reference number. My previous expierince with vodacom is that this will not happen. I have been a vodacom client since cell phones started in south africa. It is now urgent time to change to another network.</p>

I refer to my review dated 24/11/2016 titled vodacom could not care or deliver. This useless company give in all the reviews the same reply - thanking you for making us aware of your complaint bla bla bla .... .
as stated in my review they never contacted you which was exactly what happened to me. my emails are again this morning not working.
