Vodacom could not be bothered that they give you zero service

This is my 2nd review on tgis platform about this same issue. Other than the generic private response that vodacom sent out not one consultant, agent or representative has been in contact with me to resolve my issue

Imagine the nerve of these people billing me for a broken phone which they indicated will be collected abd exchanged within 7 days this is now a month later,THIRTY days but here I am having to deal with the incompetence and couldn't care attitude of vodacom.

Zero responsibility. Zero accountability and just absolutely no idea what customer service is.
