Vodacom *******ion
Worst sevice I recieved from vodacom so far, they sold a cheaper contract to me with free router now I'm getting chareged double than what was descussed. They refuse to remove the data contract until the router is sent back, It's 2 months later and the still can't manage to arrange pickup? Tried speaking to a manager gave up after being on hold for an hour. Vodacom how are you going to resolve this?

26 May 2022, 09:39Almost two moths later still not sorted device was sent back I even have a sms confirmation that they received it, and still the contract is not removed and no refund.... And I'm struggling with this since Feb, al the time wasted calling and no one was able to resolve this and they (Elite Moblile Yoliswa ***) admitted I was misled by the salesman.
