Vodacom *******ed my 3g modem

Vodacom continues to have people assisting you who messes up. I had problems with connecting on the internet, phoned Vodacom which ultimately led to my modem been *******ed. Thanks Vodadom for nothing. I had to cut my vacation short and could still not sort it out!!!
