Vodacom ******* again !!!!!!

I called vodacom cancellations since 07 August 2022 to sort out the contract term on number ***. I upgraded on 15 September 2021 on a handset Samsung A32. As per the upgrade invoice quotation it is stating that it is a 24 month contract. The invoice quotation were emailed to me on 7 September 2021. I have spoken with numerous agents and 3 queries were logged. I received a reply from Sue Ncube informing me irrespective of what's stated on the invoice quotation the contract termination date is June 2024. As per the upgrade it is a 24 month contract and it should end on 15 December 2023. I am really fed up to phone every day for the same thing and nothing gets done. Sue Ncube didn't even take the time to go back on the history of my account to see what is the real dates. Once again Vodacom dissappoint as usual. Andale Nckoba promised to log another service request to rectify the dates. I have the proof of the upgrade and want the dates rectified otherwise I will cancel and will not encourage people to use vodacom as they are changing contract dates as they wish. That is a breach of contract as it is not what I agreed to.

Hi still the same problem as they have amended the contract date termination date to October 2022 and also received it from Sue Ncube but it was done halfway. If the contract is ending you cannot only end the subscription. Please fix the error as Silungule tried to upgrade the simcard only to keep the number but didn't inform me about the handset. I want all the recordings to be pulled for September 8th as she also added a whats app bundleand contract cover fee to my account without my consent.  Every agent I was talking to made promises to fix the account but nothing was done. I am charged currently for a whats app fee which I didn't use because of her negligence. The calls were made from *** in the morning. I really need this sorted out. Sue Ncube send an email that the contract term date ended 31 October 2022.  I need this sorted out as soon as possible as I want to keep the number as it is my primary number I use. Regards Wilma ***

Vodacom you're the most unreliable company. Your agents don't inform people about what is happening and add services without consent. I have been battling since the 8th to get the recordings as Silungule didn't explain about the handset installment but Sue Ncube amended the contract termination date to 31 October 2022. Every agent promise to fix it or call back but never does. I'm charged for a whats app bundle which I didn't request and wasn't informed by Silungule about handset installment. I am still waiting fo the recordings but to date it hasn't been done. At this stage I don't want to deal with Vodacom anymore would rather cancel and use another service provider where I might get better service and deal with honest people. It's such a shame as I have been with Vodacom for a few years. I expect transparency and honesty and that is not my experience with Vodacom. You're agents are dishonest and it is despicable to say the least.
