Vodacom Corporate ***** with their Vodacom Live unauthorized debits!!!!!!

I am shocked by the Vodacom !!!! I have a contract with them via my employer and for the past two months they have been debiting my account with fees for Vodacom Live. In January my account was debited with R 225.21 and in February i was debited with 595.27 for this Vodacom Live thing. So in total I have been charged R 820.48 for something I know nothing about and of which I did not subscribe to.

When I request for details as to how i subscribed and what i utilized to the value of R820.48 I am told that they dont have details. After I sent an email requesting to be refunded for these services that I did not request, I get an sms stating that my subscription has been cancelled. The consultant dealing with this David Mphongo is rude and unhelpful. All he says is that I cannot be refunded my money because I subscribed to them. When I ask for proof he does not have an answer. He cant even offer me a way forward in regards to resolving this issue and getting my money back.

This is **************** !!!! Big corporates like Vodacom are *****ing from us ordinary South Africans so that they can report good headline earnings and make the shareholders pockets fat with ****** money. I wonder how many poor South African are being ********** on a daily basis by things they are not aware of. The fact is that I signed a contract with Vodacom for services agreed upon and for them to debit me amounts that they cant explain is disgusting to say the least. I demand a full refund for all these unauthorized debits for Vodacom Live on my contract . If no one comes back to me I will simply block all vodacom debit orders on my bank accounts until this matter is resolved and this money is refunded to me.
