Vodacom corporate office at its best
I am tired begging for service, I have dealt with Vodacom corporate office for done time now, hoping to get some service, I have spend hours upon hours in the most difficult times with Vodacom on the phone, to rectify the mistakes they had made. Dealing with Vodacom is no longer a laughing matter, I have dealt with Thato Makoti, *****do Mkhithika, Boitumelo Nhlapo, Rudzani Lithole at Corporate office, all promised service, I am still waiting, last week Boitumelo Nhlapo and Rudzani Lithole promised me to fix the last mistakes made by Vodacom, the wrong phone was delivered to my house, I had to travel to voda world in order to have that problem fix, during this time *****do Mkhithika (Noni) was complaining the whole time she was hungry, she did not eat, saying it was taking a long time to serve us, also complaining she has other customers waiting, all of this while we had the most uncomfortable time travelling to Voda world in Heavy traffic and not pleasant circumstances. I am still waiting for my account to be fixed because it was a online deal done in store they could not give me the same price, in-store I opened a nother new contract, with that new contract is also issues, I am not happy with. I also spend a lot of time trying to get hold of Boitumelo, holding for 20 Minutes or sometimes longer on the phone, only to be told she is not at the office or she will call me back, witch she did not always do, costing me airtime, minutes and a lot of my time. If you take a look at the contract prices of Vodacom it's day light *******, a contract is suppose to benefit the one who sign it, not the other way around, for why would someone do that, but we are all falling for that only so that we can get new devices. I rather go prepaid. Once my contracts is done, I am done with Vodacom.
