#Vodacom Corporate Bully

September 2018 I took out a contract for a laptop at Vodacom, only to discover that the laptop was faulty and I returned it. I had to wait more than a month for Vodacom to collect the laptop and had to phone them several times, and even wrote a review on hellopeter in order for them to respond. Now that the laptop was returned and they have acknowledge receiving it, Vodacom is charging me for the laptop even though they acknowledge receiving it. I have contacted Vodacom several times and spoke to various consultants of Vodacom to reverse the claim. They assured me that it is reversed, however since January I am receiving more than 12 calls per day from Vodacom insisting that my account is in arrears and I must make payment. This morning I received a formal letter from Vodacom instructing me to pay within 7 days. I'm tired of this corporate bulling and would like to pursue legal action against them.
