Vodacom Copy of Contract

<p>So I call Vodocom to request a copy of my contract. it was a verbal upgrade over the phone.</p> <p>they emailed me this "</p> <p>From: ********** /> Date: 29 Jun 2017 16:43<br /> Subject: copy of contract form<br /> To: <br /> Cc: <br /> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>Please be advised that in order for us to send the copy of contract you need </p> <p>to send us your certified copy of ID and a signed written letter stating the </p> <p>reason for requesting the copy of contract please send them to ********** and please also fill out the </p> <p>attached form,</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Vodacom</p> <p> </p> <p>My reply "</p> <p>You guys are unreasonable. I can get more out of insurance company with a simple telephone call. "</p> <p>I wonder why they (Cell phone Companies) make it difficult to complain when you have a dispute?</p> <p>Duh its about the $$$$$</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
