VODACOM Contracts handled badly, I HATE the day I signed that contract

I am startting to hate Vodacom.

My contract ended on the 13th of August 2016 and I was told prior to contract ending that I must call Vodacom customer care end of July 2016 to cancel the contract despite the fact that we have a contract end in place.

I did as I was orderd but the Consultant gave me another date that I should call in,,,,, What is this run around for ??? So I must not have life but keep diarising Vodacom dates to call to end the contract as if this is the trick and trap to keep me stuck with the contract I no longer require? This is so unprofessional the contract should end automatically unless renewed by the client. I really HATE this.

All my efforts went in vain, with their complicated contracts! Maybe it is the time I try other networks. VODACOM has made my life so difficult ,I hate the day I took Vodacom contract.

Now I am out of service for a day now whilst I asked them that they must take transfer my number back to prepaid but that was not done. I required a letter in a company letter head to comfirm that the account is up to date but I received nothing!

My number was prepaid before before I entered into the contract, what is now difficult to return it to prepaid after I had requested so months prior. Now when I call the customer centre I wait more than 15 minutes still cannot be assisted. This is unacceptable and hurting.

I am very disappointed in VODACOM
