VODACOM CONTRACTS ARE A **** !!!

I called the Vodacom Sales team on the 6th of February 2023 to open a 24 months contract with them . The deal that I was interested in was the Sim Only Data Deals for 250 GB (150 GB anytime + 100GB Night) for R249 a month . The lady that helped me is PHALM002 . Everything was done via a phone call and we agreed to the amount and the 24 month deal but the contract was saying a different story . I only noticed now that the amount was increased to R280 . On the contract the lady said it’s a 36 month contract , where else on the call we agreed on 24 months . As in if that was not enough , the data they have been sending all along its 100GB during the day + 100GB Night . I have never given them a problem with paying but already for this month , they didn’t send data . I did call but I was not assisted , the balance it’s still 00.00. How come the amount is increased where else the agreement for 24 months was R249? The most annoying part is , when I call there is no one who is willing to help to fix the mistakes their colleague made .
