Vodacom contracts and bad service

Have a vodacom contact and it was due for an upgrade but before that I called to cancel it and they told me to call after a month because I got my dates wrong. They called to upgrade one of the contacts and I told them to cancel the other one. They didn't do that, they did what brought them business without thinking about the customer. They called to upgrade the cancelled contract and there is apparently no way to cancel it again. Im sitting with two contracts that I don't need and they telling me that they can only be cancelled in the next two years.
