Vodacom contracts

I have been charged monthly fees for a contract line that has been inactive and unused for nearly two years. The contract expired in July 2023, yet when I contacted Vodacom to cancel this expired contract, I was told I still need to provide 30 days' notice to cancel a line that has already expired and hasn't been active since just 2 months after signing.

This is particularly frustrating because:

* I've been paying for a service I haven't used for almost 2 years * The contract has already expired * Vodacom refuses to credit these wasted payments to my other active lines (I have 3 other contracts with them)

I am requesting:

1. Immediate cancellation of the expired, unused line 2. A refund or credit of all fees paid for this inactive line to be app**** to my active contract account

This situation represents poor customer service and billing practices. I should not have to pay for unused services or jump through bureaucratic hoops to cancel an already expired contract.
