Vodacom contracts

People be warned , vodacom contracts is customers. robbing I went to the branch to cancel a contract and they gave me a number to call. I Called the number and was old the last payment will be on February 2023 but the contract is cancelled. On realizing that they have debited my account in March 2023 , I reversed the payment. Then they started sending me letters of demand . I called vodacom trying to dispute the demand , the lady just informed me they do not have record of my call and that I have to pay. I have been with them for years and this is how they repay me for my loyalty.
