Vodacom contract/repairs

I have a contract phone with vodacom from 2018. In June 2019 the phone just went off, I took it back to Vodacom Promenade Mall, they took it to repairs and after 3 weeks it was replaced because they could not fix it. Again in January 2020, the new one went dead also, took it back to the store and was sent to repairs. The date was the 13th Jan 2020. I was told that I will get it back after 3-4 weeks at the most. It's almost 2 months now, I am paying for a phone that I am not using. I have been calling and even called the repairs centre but every time I call the shop I am told that they will call me back. The last call I made was last week and after that I received an sms that the phone is enroute to the shop but I still have not received anything. I am furious because I am paying for something that I am not using and Vodacom is giving me the run around. I just want to finish this contract and leave vodacom because it seems as if I am paying for nothing. Every 6 months the phone just goes off.
