Vodacom contractor

This one star is based on their selection of contractors. Dont give somebody a delivery contract to do people favours. Ram courier service represents vodacom when they deliver vodacom products. I wait a full day for a delivery at a delivery adress. To only at 3pm call ram they tell me i get the parcel before 5pm. They didnt deliver. They dont even call to inform me. What if i wasnt home when they came? Why they lie to me at call centre and waste airtime i pay vodacom to use. Its a complete waste of a day. And now what guarantee do i have for the following day. To waste. Im an essential worker i cant be home 24hours to wait and pay penalties when im not there. Ram failed me today
