I wrote a review on hellopeter about Vodacom not cancelling my contract that I requested in Oct.23 A person from Vodacom phoned me after the review and told me the contract was still not cancelled but that he would cancel it immediately and refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard anything from Vodacom that it is cancelled or recieved my money they owe me. I can see come the end of the month They will still not have cancelled my contract and once again I will have to pay more because of their incompetance

Our records indicate that as per discussion with the Hello Peter Agent on 2024/01/09 at 09:45:17 the cancellation for *** was done.
