Vodacom Contract Unauthorised Debit Orders

I had a cell phone contract with vodacom that had lapsed and cancelled but I still get debit orders and statements every month saying I owe then R65. I try to call them they say they can't pick up my number on database, email to customer care is a one way ticket no reply on an automated response saying they have received my email.
