Vodacom contract un known to me

On the 30th i went to Game stores in Evaton Plaza to apply for contract phone, i was told that my contract decline because i already have 2 contract phones existing and that other one is not handled well, i was very surprised because i have 1 contract phone and i handled it very well, Game stores could not give any information they said i must phone Vodacom, Vodacom gave me telephone numbers VMC communications, VMC communications told me that according to their records that number reflects Raphael Enerst Ussivana and they referred me to Thebe medical aid company and they could not help me. <br> <br> My question is why does Vodacom refer my account to the legal department without even contacting me, i have an existing account with them but they say nothing to me about the account that I'm not paying, that is very strange, i need Vodacom to get back to me asap as i need to get my name cleared so that i can get my self a cellphone contract<br> <br> I really like vodacom but I'm very much disappointed
