Vodacom contract to prepaid transfer

Why is it that Vodacom just responds to my HelloPeter messages but doesn't get them actioned?!<br> I have now been waiting for 12 days for Vodacom to transfer my contract to prepaid. Vodacom have acknowledged receipt of my application as well as my payment and said it would be completed in 48 hrs. Surely this is a simple process and there is reason why they should sit on it for 12 days!
