Vodacom Contract Terms & Upgrade

I refer to the below history of one of my Vodacom contracts. I signed the latest contract for this number on 5 June 2015 and have been told that I can only upgrade in June and the contract expires in September 2017. The contract that I signed states that this is a 24 month contract with the option of upgrading after 22 months. I am now told that I can only upgrade after 24 months and the contract only expires after 26 months.

Blackberry Talk 500 + 24 month handset instalment

Obtained September 2011 to upgrade – August 2013 (1st payment October 2011). (23 Months)

Red Advantage + 24 month Handset instalment

August 2013 to upgrade – June 2015 (1st payment Sept 2013)

uChoose Flexi 200 + 24 month Handset instalment

June 2015 to upgrade - June 2017? (1st payment July 2015) Contract end date Sept 2017?

The terms of the contract have changed. I have phoned Vodacom customer care and I am not getting a straight answer. Latest explanation from them is that the account was originally opened in September 2011 and therefor the anniversary of the contract will remain September and therefor only expires in September.

Incidently, I signed two uChoose Flexi 200 contracts on the same day on 5 June 2015 . The other contract expires in June 2017 with upgrade available in April which is correct.

I was on the phone with a Vodacom consulatant for 1h02min this morning. I am so frustrated and dissapointed that I am not getting what I signed for.
