Vodacom contract still not activated after a month!!!

<p>DO NOT JOIN VODACOM!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So I bought a tablet on vodacom 2GB data contract on the 29th of August, and to this day the data is still not active!!! Even though I have already been paying!</p> <p> </p> <p>At first, the Internet on my sim card was not working, wich cost me daily phone calls and visits to the vodacom shop in waterfall mall Rustenburg. Finally on the 23rd of September they got the sim card fully working, but no data was loaded. So I phoned 111 and they sent me back to the shop, as the call center will take to long to process my request... Same as always the call center is of no value.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service. As log as vodacom gets paid, who cares what's happening with the customer!</p>
