VODACOM CONTRACT- STAY FAR AWAY

Stay far away from any contract with Vodacom, I have paid up my account last year August after cancelling and they are still sending me to various rude and ***** debt collectors whose numbers dont work and they dont even have letterheads and neither will assist me with any form of payment receipt confirmation. I have sent them my proof of payment so many times but the next agent just calls and now I am getting threats of a section 129. They wont help and are rude, stay far away from any Vodacom contracts, they will haunt you forever and you will never be able to remove them from your credit report. In branch is a joke, they advise that they cant assist either!! How do we ever trust a company like Vodacom!?
