Vodacom contract ****

Someone bought 2 x Samsung Galaxy phones in 2020 using my personal information, I was made aware by a debit order that went off my account and I quickly went to my bank and enquired and was told that its from Vodacom, I requested that they reverse the amount. I then called Vodacom and enquired and I was told that I made a purchase and I declined it and their ***** department investigated and I was told that the incident occurred at Cape Town and I indicated that I stay in Witbank and my drivers license is with me which they requested I email which I did and I was then told that they would cancel it but I should also go to Vodacom and open a case which I did. Now in 2022 Vodacom has taken me to their lawyers which I had explained the same thing and now I am being called by other Vodacom lawyers informing me that I owe R43K. I am not happy with Vodacom, I have all the documents requested and sent but still nothing is being done by them. How can I be assisted.
