Vodacom Contract Retentions

I called vodacom to cancel my contract after being with them for 18 years as I found a better deal elsewhere and due to Covid and having my salary reduced by 50% i was really forced to. I was then told by the retentions department that I was a long standing client and they could give me a deal with reduced subscription on my two contracts. So I told the agent that given what they were offering that I would accept and extend my contract. Month one and I got everything I was promised. Month two came and I had to call them again as I was not allocated the data and voice minutes as promised. This month the same thing happened again. I called the retentions department and explained what was promised and that it's in breach of contract. The agent helped me as best she could but said she could only help me with adding the data as she did not have access to adding the voice minutes. She said she would send a email to her manager who would get back to me to add the missing voice minutes. It's just so irritating that being a Vodacom customer for 18 plus years, I am treated as nothing but a no. To add insult to injury, I never received what was promised to me telephonically. Can someone at Vodacom please sort this out or cancel my contract as this is clearly a breach.
