Vodacom contract repairs unreliable

The service at the Vodashop Lakeside Benoni is appalling to say the least and the Manager is unreliable. I had my iPhone taken for repairs on the 15th of November and eventually my insurance confirmed on the 17th that they will be replacing it with a new device. It has been more than a week now waiting. I have paid my R1000 access to the shop and still nothing yet. Then today the Manager of the store is not at work and still there's no phone for me. They didn't even bother to give me a courtesy phone. I am disappointed with this giant telecommunications company and failing a loyal customer.
