Vodacom contract R69pm actually R500pm

I was contacted by Luno to purchase a Vodacom contract for R69pm. I was not informed of a card activation and sim card fee of R250. Vodacom debited my account on the 25 as well as on the 1st. Furthermore 5 other debit orders to the value of R500 was processed on my account after I was promised that the monthly fee would only be R59 pm. Please never purchase a cell phone over the phone
