vodacom contract purchased 5 days still non functi

Purcashed a vodacom contract and phone. 5 days later still no phone nr and non functional. 3D as excuse. We spend 5 hrs on the phone wirh Vodacom getting NO ASSISTANCE. Where have you ever heard of having a contract 5 days and not being able using it ir your new phone. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Vodacom customer for 19 years. Where is the loyalty??
