Vodacom Contract phone blacklisted due to dispute

I received a call from Vodacom today which was not helpful at all instead I was told to contact their legal department. To get a statement but when I told her that the legal department called me and said they do not deal with the Vodacom needs to call me direct today they called me but they now saying it legal. All they doing is pushing from pillar to pillar no one is saying I'm going to call nd advise nd send the statement.

This is getting very frustrating bcoz they not helping instead my name is been blacklisted nd my phone is no longer working blacklisted on the network
