Vodacom Contract on My Name which isn't true

Following my last post I haven't received assistance regarding a record my bank has that I owe Vodacom money. I was assisted months ago by someone who didn't cancel my contract after she had an awful attitude with me. Which I believe was on purpose. I then had to contact Vodacom again because something told me she didn't do her job out of spite. Now my bank has record that I still have a contract when I don't.
