Vodacom Contract *******ly Loaded

Vodacom had taken the liberty of loading an additional contract to my current cell contract without me agreeing to it or requesting it. When requesting for this particular contract to be cancelled and my funds refunded via eft or a credit to my Vodacom account this wasnt possible. Cancellation can be done with a penalty charge. How does Vodacom want to penalise me for something I don't want, need or request in the first place. One is told that you can request a copy of the recording, good luck Im yet to get feedback after numerous requests. Against the POPI Act.

So the debit order keeps running as I cant stop it due to the impact of my cell account as well.

Ive tried to resolve this on numerous occasions but only to be told each time that my request will be escalated and I'll receive a call from someone at Vodacom. Ummmmmm no call received to date.

Vodacom stands to earn huge amounts of ZAR for every contract loaded without consent. As far as I know this is *******.
