Vodacom contract lost network service

I have a contract with vodacom thats been ongoing for a couple of years. Then since 2 months ago my phone lost service and after a few days my mother(who did the contract) went to Jubilee Mall Vodacom branch to enquire about it, she was told it is because its due to that she was owing. After a day she settled the amount owing and nework service was restored for a day then it went off again. She then went to Jubilee Mall Vodacom to enquire about it again, she was told to do an affidavit explaining the situation of which she did but nothing changed to my network service. She went to Jubilee Vodacom for the 3rd time and was told to give it some time. she waited for about 5 days or so, then she went back for the 4th time and was told it will be fixed in 3 days. It's been 2 weeks now. I then decided to go to my nearest vodacom branch (I'm currently studying at UJ and staying in Soweto) which is Maponya Mall vodacom and was told that mother should go to the nearest branch. in this case what should happen now and how can I get help? I have been without network for 2 month and the only way I can connect to people is through wifi and nothing else. what is the point of having a phone if I can't even use it. Please help...
