Vodacom contract issue

My vodacom contract has expired, and I see that I received an invoice for R485.15. My contract monthly bill was R227 so I am not sure how it got to the amount R485.15. I did not even get my data allocation this month, yet I am billed this amount. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible.
