Vodacom Contract is an example of unfair trade

Vodacom is giving a run around. Nobody called me to explain why 3 agents could not cancel the contract when I called during its expiry month, October 7th. I missed work to go to a voda shop because a last agent told me, after stalling and stalling, that voda shop can help, I wanted him to look at why the contract was not canceled by the 2 previous agents I talked to. When I got there, the shop told me the contract has never been canceled. She called them on my phone and they did it in less than 5 minutes. And I am asking myself, why was I sent there in the first place? Why was the contract so easy to cancel was not canceled the day first day I called. The 2 or so weeks that passed since my first call do make a difference in the 30 day notice they require. Was this deliberate that vodacom can keep deducting my money longer than they should? Thad is dishonesty of first class. I am waiting for the expiry of sim contract I have with them, vodacom will never have a contract with me and anyone close to me. You cannot remain loyal to the business for over 5 years and when you must part ways, they look for dishonest way to keep stringing you along financially. Vodacom is dishonest in its business deals.
