Vodacom contract is a ****

Three Months back I wrote in hello Peter about how the Vodacom consultant migrated my package within 6 months without my permission,I keep calling they said they will help me,I'm writing today my account is on arrears my job is on the line due to this.everyday when I call I get new consultant and they log Queries that has no reply on. this will be better if I open a case because even when you go to the store they still call the people who failed to help me.
