Vodacom Contract grief

So many issues after swapping from prepaid to a contract with vodacom.

Finding out after I purchased the contact that I would be charged to see my incomming calls (otherwise they would all remain "unknown")... brilliant, couple that to 1 million of your 37 million users and Vodacom is making some pretty pennies for very very sub-standard service!

After phoning in to get clarity on what's going on I find out that to get the contract which I skimmed over online (and now feel like I need to go through with a fine toothed comb) I need to send a letter to justify myself and attach my ID (which they already have)... Good move on deferring the process Vodacom.

To top it off, i tried to lead a recurring bundle on my number (which I had owned for years as a pre-paid customer) only to find out that I'm apparently not the account holder and need to go through another process to get that sorted out.

Oo! Here's another unexpected expese that relates to the same matter - I ordered online (which should have no activation cost) only to find out the first debit off of my account was accompanied by the said costs!! brilliant...

Vodacom, I'm dissapointed by your ********* behaviour and lack of regard for clients in the fields of administration and transparency.
