Vodacom Contract from hell.

I am really disappointed with vodacom. In March 2020 I took a 24 months contract. However, the agent that was helping agreed that my Vodacom Contract from hell. I am really disappointed with vodacom. In March 2020 I took a 24 months contract. However, the agent that was helping me then said was 24 months and sms confirmation said 24 months. But I got the shock of my life wen i was told I took a 28 months contract. I tried all avenues to get this resolved and no1 is willing to assist me. Dey are saying the only solution to dis is an upgrade. How is dis possible? I guess ombudsman is the only option I have. I am even afraid to take anything online from vodacom. One agent even said to me that the guy that assisted me with the contract no longer works for vodacom. The team that monitors vodacom Twitter account dey are rude to make matters worse. The Facebook team are not even helpful. Dey take my numbers and indicate they will escalate but nothing happened thus far. I am really disappointed.
