Vodacom contract *****

I have a contract with Vodacom for R95pm which is coming to an end in March 2017. In December 2016 Vodacom debited an amount of R296 from my account without any prior communication or authorisation from my side, i quickly phoned them to enquire about the amount, i was informed that apparently a new contract was opened under my name at a vodacom shop in Colonate Mall in PTA, i was really shocked to learn that seeing that i have never been to Colonate mall the whole of last year and also that i have never lost my ID, i quickly reversersed the debit order with my bankd and also opened a ***** case with vodacom investigating, they advised me to do an affidavit from the police station , i did that. Early Jan i received a phone call from the lady who works at their ***** department, she asked me to relate my story as the affidavit was confusing her, i told her the same story that was on the affidavit, she then informed me that apparenly my existing contract of R95 has been upgrated at a vodacom shop in Springs. My account with Vodacom is now in erroears, i haven't heard anything from Vodacom ever since, i have been sending them emails. i understand that ***** happens, but how does vodacom allow 2 people at different locations to **********ly take phones from them under my name without even verifying anything with me or let alone ask them for a proof of adress and identity document like they did with me when i opened my contract. I obviously care about my credit record, so this kind of reckless behaviour from Vodacom annoys me.
