Vodacom ******* contract extension

Some one from Vodacom called on the 29/12/2025 and I explained my problem, she promised to escalate my problem to higher authority however on the 01 January 2026, I god an sms saying

“Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number S5-EVM76-609F has been closed. Thank you Vodacom”

My problem of an ******* contract extension (January 2024-January 2026) was not resolved.
