Vodacom contract 'Credit Limit Bar'

On the 25th July I upgraded my contract at the Gansbaai service provider where I got good service and advice. On Sunday morning the 31st July I got a SMS from Vodacom that they activated a 'Credit Limit Bar', and my phone and laptop both died. I assumed that it was part of the upgrade that would start in August, but it stayed dead. Monday morning I went to the Century City branch where they lifted the restriction after a huge battle, they told me there is a limit of R199 on my account and that I must contact the finance department through Vodacom's help desk. After spending hours on the phone with them, they said that they will look into it and fix the problem that they admitted was on Vodacom's side. For the rest of the week all was OK, till Friday evening half past five where the same message and following dead phone and computer followed. Spent a few more hours over the weekend with them on the phone, and guess what, the people responsible for this **** only work working hours in the week! No standby people to help, nothing! Poor helpdesk people tried their best, but could not help. How can you roll out a new system and not make sure it works 100% before you throw it at your clients. In the more than 20 years I have been with Vodacom, I have never ever had such bad 'service'.
