Vodacom ***** contract Complain

Hellopeter,im Daphney with Id no:*** experiencing a problem with Vodacom.Somebody opened a contract with all my details and took a phone at Vodacom store *****ly in 2023/2024.I reported the incident and they told me to go to police station,do an affidavit and two copy of Identity document with my signature on,i did and submit to store as per their request for them clear my name.However my name is still not cleared till today.
