Vodacom Contract cann't be Counselled.

<p> Hi,i had a 24 month contract with vodacom which i finished paying last year September/October,i didn't know i have to call their cancellation department and cancel the contract until this year march,then i paid the arrers that the account had and i called and cancelled,i spoke to a guy consultant who assured me that the contract will be cancelled but it was never cancelled,i had to call them again in May when they sent me a massage saying that i should make payments,and i explained to them that i cann't pay i have cancelled the contract,they assured me that they will check the recordings and they didnn't do that,now my line is blocked i cann't use my line that i had paid for,for 24 months simply because vodacom consultants didnn't do their job now i have 5 days without a phone,please um tired of being terrorised by Vodacom please help.</p>
