Vodacom contract cancelled 2 months ago but Vodacom still deduct money from my debit order

I phoned Vodacom on 27 November 2020 to cancel my contract. Almost 2 months later and it is still not cancelled and Vodacom still deduct the money from my debit order. I phoned Vodaci. again on 6 January 2021 and was told it is now cancelled and I will be reimbursed within 5days. I phoned them twice on 16 January 2021, contract still not cancelled. Was told by the 1st person that a manager will call me in a few minutes time, which did not happen. On my 2nd call to you on 16 January 2021 I was told that a manager will call me on Monday(18 January) and it obviously also still has not happened. How can you offer a cancellation call centre if literally no one could be able to cancel my contract in 2 months. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I have been a loyal customer for 18 years

I am (for the 3rd time) still awaiting a call from the team leader. On 16 January they told me the team leader will call me in a few minutes. No one called me. After an hour i called again and then they assured me a team leader will call me on Monday, 18 January. Again no team leader called me. I had to call today for the 5th time, this was literally the 1st time that someone actually cancelled my contract and assured me again that their team leader will still call me today. Again I was not called. Why do I need to phone 5 times to cancel a contract? Why do you even offer a cancellation call centre if 4 of your employees could not cancel this contract. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and no team leader even have the decency to return any of my calls, as you have promised. You will much rather focus on advertising and trying to upgrade or try and convince customers to keep this contract than educate and train your employees to just do their job and actually cancel the contract. I still expect, at the very least, a call from a team leader.
