Vodacom contract cancellations

Iam struggling to cancel one of my data packages with Vodacom. The contract is due for upgrade end April. I firts visited a Vodacom shop who informed me they cannot cancel contracts anymore and gave me a number to phone. The e-mail adress vodacomcares and the website is no help at all...and then there os Thuso...what a joke...no straight forward way to cancel a damn contract. I suggest you make your systems more userfriendly...you do not request someones ID number via E-MAIL as authentication and try deliver a service rather than frustrating your customers in such a way that they want to leave your business forever.
