Vodacom contract cancellations (a nightmare)
I have been calling in to cancel my one of the contracts I have with Vodacom, their consultants hangup on me when I tell them I do not want an updgrade. The contract ended in March, why should this be a problem, especially when I am still their customer. Sadly calling in is the only platform they have for cancellations.
