Vodacom Contract Cancellation Run around

MY Vodacom contract is about to expire, the cancellations department keeps offering a new deal which are not acceptable to me, I have requested them to cancel the contract at the expiry date and convert my number to a prepaid number but they keep giving me a run around. They just do not want to load cancellation. I've been calling them since the 28th of January and to date the cancellation has not been loaded. Even today I called and i was put on hold eventually to be cut of. I've been a loyal vodacom customer for years and with this experience definitely would not like to stay with vodacom or ever return to this network again.
