Vodacom contract cancellation is a nightmare.

Vodacom cancellation department is a nightmare! I have made four attempts trying to move from contract to prepaid. First they said they will call me. I'm still waiting for their call. Then they said I'm on an old system they will transfer me to the relevant system. They they transfer me around and everyone keeps on transferring me until the phone cuts. These people are useless.
