Vodacom Contract Cancellation Grievance dispute : Contract no: ***7. Since 27 August 2022 the above request has not been resolved. I was told to pay R1811.74 to have this contact cancelled. The amount was paid in two instalments of R906.00, and the balance was paid on 27 August 2022. When i followed up several times on the cancellation, i was told my file is with legal department. Even today the contract is not cancelled. They now demanding R1951.89. I contacted the office but the issue could not be resolved despite the fact that i have provided them all the information i request. Instead, on 06/07/2022 it came to my attention that Vodacom has instructed a debtor to demand an increased amount of R2176.36. They want this payment by the 16 July 2023. Please help.
