Vodacom contract cancellation

Year 2021 April,I acquired two cellphones contract with vodacom, Heidelberg Mall.this year I went on the month of April,for cancellation,I was given a number to cancel on,I contacted to my suprise I was told n upgrade was done march this year,despite my knowledge ,yet the consultant insisted there was nothing they could assist me with,I persisted calling them until I spoke to the 5th consultant who told me straight sorry we can't help u, firstly m de*****ed Vodacom distances themselves from the crime committed by their staff, secondly the perpetrator cannot be held accountable because Vodacom cannot even provide me with the details so I can open the case myself,I am very disappointed n feel aggrieved about this,yet I have been paying Vodacom without any fail,what a pathetic, *****ulent den of ********s
