Vodacom Contract Cancellation

Since 2003 I have been with Vodacom and still using the very same number ever since, but I am always treated like some trash. I recently cancelled one of my contracts with Vodacom and even paid penalty fees for early cancellation but some how the installment still gets deducted by month end. this is probably the 3rd time I am writing a review with Vodacom as I seem to always get some trouble with every contract I enter with them. Please refund my money and please call with a solution don't call to tell me you still gonna investigate, the calls are recorded they will be on number *** or ***
